Terms of Service

By accessing, viewing, or downloading images or video from this gallery, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms with Krish NH Visuals ("the Photographer").

1. Copyright & Ownership All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of the Photographer at all times, in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Purchase or download of an image grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the copyright.

2. Permitted Use Downloaded images and videos are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes printing for personal display, sharing on personal social media, and personal keepsakes. You may not sell, license, or use any image for commercial gain without the Photographer's prior written consent.

3. Restrictions You may not edit, crop, recolour, apply filters to, or otherwise alter the images. Watermarks or credits must not be removed. Images must not be entered into competitions, submitted to publications, or used by third parties (including clubs, sponsors, or media) without prior written permission.

4. Crediting Where images are shared publicly, a credit to "Krishnh Photography" is appreciated and may be required for certain uses as agreed in writing.

5. Image Availability Galleries remain online for [e.g. 60 days] from the date of publication, after which they may be archived or removed. The Photographer recommends downloading your images promptly. Re-supply of expired galleries may be subject to a fee.

6. Payment & Orders Where applicable, all orders and downloads must be paid for in full before access is granted. Prices are as displayed at the time of order.

7. Likeness & Privacy Images may feature individuals photographed at public sporting events. If you appear in an image and wish for it to be removed, please contact the Photographer at [hello@yourdomain.co.uk]. The Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Data Protection Any personal data collected (such as your name and email) is processed in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and is used solely to deliver your images and fulfil your order. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

9. Liability The Photographer's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. The Photographer is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of images or from third-party platforms used to host or deliver galleries.

10. Acceptance Downloading or using any image from this gallery constitutes acceptance of these terms.
